Suggested use
- 1 tsp Dry Garlic Powder ≈ 3–4 small garlic cloves (adjust as per taste and recipe).
- Add directly to:
- Curries, dals, sabzis and gravies
- Pizza, pasta, chutneys, mayonnaise and dips
- Spice blends, rubs, bhujia/namkeen masala, snack seasonings
- Marinades for paneer, vegetables and meats
Storage and shelf life
